Follow the below Installation & Care Guide to ensure your bearings run Smooth & Fast

STEEL BEARINGS – QUICK INSTALL GUIDE

1. Remove Old Bearings

Remove wheels from truck and use truck axle to gently lever bearings out of wheel one by one, being careful not to damage wheel center core.

2. Check Wheel Core

Make sure the center of wheel is clean, dry and crack-free.

3. Install First Bearing

Place bearing on axle with the Kingswood shield facing inward toward center of hanger.

Push wheel down onto bearing until bearing is fully seated.

4. Install Second Bearing

Flip wheel over & repeat the process above to install the second bearing.

Repeat step 3 & 4 on the remaining wheels.

5. Re-Assemble

Mount wheel back on axle, tighten nut (Do Not Over Tighten)

Should roll smooth, no wobble

💡 Your bearings come pre-lubed, but will require lubrication at some stage. This will help with the longevity, smoothness & speed of your bearings. (Only use approved skateboard bearing lube)

💡 Although your Super 7's Bearings are rust resistant, They are NOT Rust Proof, This means they are not 100% weather proof.

It is strongly advised that if your bearings are at any stage subjected to water, disassemble from wheels, allow them to completely dry before cleaning & re-installing with a few drops of oil.

💡 Although your new Super 7's Bearings are pretty low maintenance, they may need a bit of love and care to keep them optimal. Over time debri/dust entering the bearing casing can add friction and cause you to loose speed, If this occurs a simple clean will do the trick.

MAINTENANCE

  • Carefully remove bearings from wheels, using the truck axle to gently lever off.

  • Gently remove shields with pin or something similar.

  • Pop out centre racer, cage & ball bearings.

  • Give all components a wipe down, remove any dust & debri.

  • Place ceramic balls back into bearing cage, place inner race in centre.

  • Place Outer race over top, apply a few drops of oil & replace shield
